Margerie is my absolute favorite glacier in glacier bay. I was lucky enough to see her 8 times, every Wednesday when we returned for our weekly Juneau round trip cruise. The longest we stay in front of her was nearly 3 hours for the most spectacular calving show of my, our captain and even our Park Ranger’s lives! This was at the end of August. Every week the face of the glacier was completely different. I have an outlay of the 8 faces and will post that when I find it. This was exactly what I was hoping to see on my Alaskan adventure. So thankful to be able to have experiences like this with my family and see what a beautiful planet we live on. Pictures simply cannot do justice. Peace Nice, the Wife got to see it calve but i missed it. Still pretty cool to hear the ice cracking though. Visit once in your lifetime, the best glacier view in Alaska Gotta see this place
