We stayed 5 nights at the Bear Track Inn and loved every second of it. The lodge is a cozy and welcoming respite from a long day of whale watching, hiking, kayaking, or whatever you do to enjoy Alaska! The staff members are phenomenal and treat you like a long time friend. Alaska and the Bear Track Inn should be on your bucket list. Staff was very accommodating at finding local excursions on short notice, the lodging was extremely comfortable, and the meal and wine choices were super. I appreciated as an individual military traveler being paired up with other tables during evening meals for interesting conversations. Beautiful lodge surrounded by some of the best wilderness Alaska has to offer. It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The food is amazing and the lobby is great with a huge fireplace. Our favorite place to stay in Alaska! If I could describe this restaurant in 2 words it's would be "Ilikethisrestaurant it'ssupergoodsomedays and chickendogs "
